Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
Processing & ship days
Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days. Because we ship live plants, we hold orders placed after Wednesday until the start of the following week. This prevents your plants from sitting in a warehouse or delivery facility over the weekend, where temperature swings and delays can cause stress or damage. We'd rather your plant spend the weekend safe with us than stuck in transit.
Transit time
Once shipped, most orders arrive within a few business days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
Live plant care in transit
Plants are living things, and occasional stress from shipping (a few yellow or dropped leaves, minor wilting) is normal and usually resolves within a week or two of settling in. This is not considered damage.
Damaged or dead-on-arrival plants
We stand behind every plant we ship. If your plant arrives damaged or doesn't survive transit, email us a clear photo within 24–48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or store credit. Claims made after 48 hours, or without a photo, can't be guaranteed, since plant health after that window depends on care conditions we can't control.
Weather holds
During extreme heat or cold, we may delay shipping a few days to protect your plants. If we hold your order for weather, we'll let you know.
