We ship orders Monday through Wednesday to ensure your plants don’t sit in a warehouse over the weekend. Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, with delivery taking 4–7 business days depending on your location. Need it sooner? Expedited shipping options are available, reach out with any questions.

First, check your tracking, sometimes carriers mark a package delivered a few hours early. If it's been 3 days since the "delivered" notification and there's no sign of it, email us at hello@raizplants.com and we'll sort it out.
Do you use heat or cold packs?

Yup! We check the weather for every region and include a heat pack when needed. However, We don’t include cold packs with orders.
If the forecast for your area shows temps in the high 90s or low 30s, we recommend holding off on placing your order until conditions calm down a bit. If conditions are too harsh we will hold your order until safe to ship.

At the moment we only ship our Small and Medium sized plants. Our larger plants can be found at our physical location.

We process orders quickly, so reach out within 24 hours if you need to make a change. Once a shipping label is printed, we can't make modifications, including address changes.

Plants are living things so we can't take returns, but If your plant arrives damaged, please email us photos and videos. Claims must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
Please note that only the part of your order that arrived damaged will be replaced (plant or pot). Store credit or a replacement will be offered depending on condition, availability, and weather.

Completely normal. Plants can be stressed by shipping. Give it bright indirect light, a good drink of water if the soil feels dry, and a few days to settle in. Most bounce back within 3-5 days. If yours doesn't, reach out and we'll help.

Yes, and honestly it's one of the best gifts you can give. Write a note to them during checkout, and we'll make sure no pricing appears anywhere in the package. The note prints directly on the packing slip inside the box.
